Previously, Dr. Finn was an attending anesthesiologist  at Mount Sinai Hospital (New York), CMC of Queens and Elmhurst (Elmhurst, New York), and Interface Medical Center (Brooklyn, New York).

Dr. Finn earned her medical degree from Kishinev State Medical School (Kishinev, USSR. She completed an internship in anesthesiology at Clinical Hospital #3 (USSR) and then joined Beth Israel Medical Center (New York, New York) where she completed an internship in internal medicine and her residency in anesthesia.

Dr. Finn is licensed in New Jersey and New York and board certified in anesthesia by the American Board of Anesthesiology.
