Carlos Frias, MD

Dr. Frias is an attending anesthesiologist and partner at Advanced Perioperative Medicine, P.A.

Previously, he served as the chairman of the anesthesia department at Barnert Hospital (Paterson, NJ), and was an attending anesthesiologist at PBI Regional Medical Center (formerly the General Hospital Center at Passaic) (Passaic, NJ).

He received his medical degree from San Marcos University and completed his medical internship at Jersey Shore Medical Center. He completed his residency in anesthesiology at New York Medical College, where he was also chief resident and did a sub-specialty in cardiac anesthesia.

Dr. Frias is board certified in anesthesia by the American Board of Anesthesiology, and is licensed in New Jersey and New York.
